Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


Returns:

Due to international shipping processes, we currently do not accept returns for the following cases:
• Choosing the wrong size or color
• Ordering by mistake
• Change of mind
• Disliking the product

We accept returns only in the following cases:
• Wrong item received
• Damaged item
• Quality-related issues

In these cases, you are not required to return the item back to us.
Simply contact us within 7 days with clear photos/video showing the issue, and we will arrange one of the following:
• Replacement (Free reshipment)
• Full or partial refund


High-Value Items:

If a product is high-value and a return is required, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
Inspection or restocking fees (if any) may apply according to warehouse policies.


Products Lost or Damaged During Shipping:

If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive at all within the maximum delivery timeframe, we will provide a refund or replacement depending on the case.


Return Window

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Personal preference reasons (wrong size, wrong color, dislike, etc.)
• Unauthorized returns
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items used, washed, or altered
